I see an deduction for Vodacom on my bank account (Tax Invoice, H6-5J82E, dated 01/10/2017) for R139.41. I have also received a Tax invoice (H6-641RF, dated 01/11/2017) for R3065.74 on a cellular nr. ********** 0102, which does not exist. I made an enquiry at Vodacom Customer services and was informed to go to the SAPS, do an affidavit, and send it together with three signatures and my ID Nr. to Vodacom's ***** division for further investigation. I have requested Vodacom Customer Care Services for an alternative where I can lodge my complaint in person in stead of electronically, because in the world of *******ion we live in today, submitting copies of your signature and ID nr. electronically is a recipe for disaster. No one can be trusted. According to Vodacom that is the only way-electronically. An attempt was also made to purchase a phone on my account at Game- Jubilee Mall. Further investigation also revealed a sim card (PUK ********** 2) have being in use for three years and eight months on cell nr. ********** 102. I requested statements for the past five years from Vodacom, but have received none to date. I also do not receive regular statements from Vodacom, only tax invoices. I have subsequently reported a case of ***** at the SAPS and cancelled my debit order in favour of Vodacom. It would further appear that I am not the only one with such a problem and that it would take Vodacom ages to address complaints. A further question arises on Vodacom's records of customers, because on one account, my details are entered as Johannes J Vosloo and on others Johannes Vosloo. My contact details are also wrong. I refuse to make any further payments to Vodacom, untill this matter is resolved as the responsibility to proof accountability for a contract on the number in question surely lies with the service provider. I would not hecitate to take further action if this matter it not resolved within the next two weeks and also cancel all Vodacom contracts. Your assistance in solving this problem will be highly appreciated. Awaiting your soonest and urgent response. Kind regards. Dr. Jacques Vosloo
