I see un deduction for Vodacom on my bankaccount and is not mine because my deductions goes of on 25th of each month. I phoned Vodacom and they informed me is a new contract who is open on my name by Game Betlehem wit cell nr ********** . I inform them but it is not me I were never in my life in Betlehem and is staying in Potchefstroom. They said I must do an Affidavit by police station and send it to ********** with a copy of my ID and three signatures of mine. I already did that on 23/10/2017 and did not hear from them. Yesterday I phoned Vodacom and they said ***** department did not have telephones I must email them that i did agian yesterday. But they also informed me my account balance stands on almost R5 000 that will be deducted from my bank account by 27 November. That is not my amount. BUT they did not come back to me or give me feedback. Very bad service and I going to send that debit order deduction back by the bank and then I am going tot have trouble with all my other contracts because of the *****. Please help me.
