I have just checked my bill and realised that my bill was unusually high. When I contacted the call centre I was advised that I upgraded my contract in September and took a new handset. I have no idea what this is all about as my contract is due to expire in December and I am not renewing it. I have instead chosen to go with Fibre. Now Vodacom have advised that they will not even begin an investigation until I provide an affidavit and some other supporting documents. I refuse to do this! Due to Vodacom's systems not being up to standard, I am now being inconvenienced. If Vodacom believe that I upgraded this contract, they must show me the paper work I signed and I will gladly pay for the contract! The number in question is ********** 462.
