Good day
In Feb 2017 my sel phone was locked. When I phoned them they said that another number was linked to my phone account. When I investigate it, it was a number that we stopped in 2014 but apparently was not cancelled. Because I did not get account I was not aware that the number was still linked to my account. In December 2016 (according to Vodacom) someone started to use this account again. When Vodacom phoned me the guy said that I received a modem and that the account was upgrade to an open line and it was data that was used. I am unable to get more info from Vodacom and no one can help me with the documents where permission was given for this. I ask Vodacom to block this line.
I asked for an investigation and on 28 April 2017 I got an Email from Forensic that ***** was confirmed. Then all of a sudden ***** was unconfirmed. Now I can’t get hold of any one at the forensic dept. to help me. The numbers are ********** 877, ********** 530, ********** 605, ********** 00, the last number is the only one that worked.
Can you please help me with this matter. The account is outstanding with R80543.93. Today they lock the primary number again and they are not going to unlock it if the outstanding amount is not settled.
