Vodacom has added content services to my account who has passed me onto the WASP service provider who has promised a refund and thus requested my bank details of which I sent several times. Vodacom then states that the problem has been resolved which it hasn't because I am still being de*****ed and given the runabout.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard. The WASP confirmed that they are in the process of refunding your account.
We intercede on the customer’s behalf as far as we can (i.e. logging unsubscribe calls and requesting refunds or proof of subscription on their behalf and advising them of the outcome) as a courtesy.
