Names : Nonjabulo Felicity
Surname: Mjoka
Contract number with VODACOM : **********

On the 31/10/2016 I received a call from Vodacom Forensics Department confirming whether did I apply for sim swop with Cellucity in Cape Town, I adviced Corne Fourie that I have need been to Cape Town and I did not apply for any sim swop nor and upgrade on my current contract with Vodacom, I was asked few question in order to identify who is the real Nonjabulo Felicity Mjoka. I was than requested to submit an affidavit along with my certified ID copy, stating I did not request sim swop nor an upgrade, I was kept on the line for a while and later was adviced that the sim swop will be reversed and and cost will be reversed.

The next day I sent the requested documents to Corne Fourie's e-mail address and later in the day received a call from ********** & ********** confirming that all has been sorted out and sim swop stopped or reversed and any cost will be reversed and they promised me that they will circulate this to all Vodacom outlets including franchises, to my surprise on the 01/12/2016 I was debited with R810.00 from my bank account number luckly I was able to do a reversal because I needed the R600.00 for other debit orders and I was not going to allow any of my funeral policies not to be paid nor short paid.

On the 02/12/2016 called the ********** I was told to call Vadocom directly because they were not going to be able to help me as the matter was already with forensics department even though the sim swop was done at one of their Cellucity outlets. Called the call center there was also not joy there as she was transferring me to Support Department the call got cut.

Today on the 06/12/2016 I visit Vodacom Gateway and they were unable to assist me and they adviced me that all Vodacom back offices are closed and I should come back tomorrow during working hours and I adviced them that I work from 08am till 05pm and will not be able to come during those hours, and their response was sorry Mam you will have to make time and come during working hours as no one will be able to assist me at this post in time, I spoke to the guy by the name of Muks and Jeremiah however they did not have their name badges, they also adviced me they are only a franschise I just need to speak to Vodacom, I adviced them that I no longer have the sim card so I am unable to call Vodacom, are you guys able to dial the number for me so I can speak to a call center agent, they refused and sad unfortunately they will not be able to assist since they do not have landlines

I am very dissappointed with Vodacom right now and I even stopped using the vodacom contract and just waiting for the day for my contract to exipry and cancell the contract.

Kindly assist and please kindly take not that this is also affecting my credit history, and I need a letter confirming that I was a victim of identity theft and I never requested a sim swop.

Please communcate with me via e-mail ********** or contact me on my cell number which is **********
