I have had money deducted from my account for a contract which I never took out. IT was done at your Bethlehem store and I have since spoken to Elriska. she says I must go open a case now. This is Vodacom's stuff up! You must sort this out and cancel the contracts immediately. How did this happen whe I was not even present at your store? Your security measures are shocking, or it is an inside job.

You better get these contracts off my name immediately.

The store has my ID number so you can liase with them.

Best regards,
I signed affidavit has been sent to the Bethlehem branch. I expect these contracts to be cancelled immediately.
The documents submitted by the person should not have been accepted in my opinion, they looked very suspicious.

Hours later and still no response from Vodacom.
I would like to know why an original form of ID was not requested for at the store, instead a **** copy was accepted.
Secondly, the format of the bank statement was clearly ****, but was also accepted.
Thirdly, would the staff not find it suspicious that an african male has a Dutch surname?
Finally, the letter head from Momentum was cut off halfway and looked just as suspicious as the bank statement. No company registration details etc whatsoever on the page. But again, this was accepted.
