Vodacom phoned me on 7 April to tell me someone is trying to get information on my account, but is failing the security questions and I must flag my account which I did immediately. On 8 April my iPad had no service and it took me until 12 April to find out that an ******* sim swop was done on the evening of 7 April. Vodacom did NOT contact me to tell me that there is a sim swop request. They credited me for the ********** use. Then the fun started to get access to my iPad, I had to do a sim swop and pay for it, I spend hours at the store to get access to my iPad, because there was a note on the system not to open the account and I was send to different people to get this right and nobody takes responsibility. I found that my Itimised billing was send to a 3rd party on the evening of 7 April, to an email address that they do NOT have on record, to a name that is NOT my name. Two hours after that a sim swop was done by the same person who send the information to a 3rd party. That person has my cell number, ipad number and son's cell as well as my address. Vodacom is not taking responsibility, still waiting that they must phone me back, forensics is also not responding to mail
