Someone has taken out TWO Vodacom contracts in my name. I have phoned my bank and I had to pay R17 to have the debit orders stopped. I have phoned Vodacom Accounts at *** and can not get through as there are no options. I phoned Vodacom Sales at 082 111 on the 1 September 2015. They said they logged a service request. I have not heard from them again. I phoned *** today the 13 February 2016 and again this line does not give me any options to speak to the \forensic department\". Do you even have one?? Someone answered after a long while and put the phone down. Vodacom in their wisdom has handed me over to Burnard, Raaff & Associates, debt collectors I believe. They phoned me and said I owe them R25 000!!!! What a joke!!!!! How can Vodacom be THAT pathetic to let someone's account run up to that amount without cutting their phone OR contacting me to establish what is going on??! Vodacom let that amount run up and then handed it over to debt collectors. Where is your feedback when a service request was logged?? I want to see those contracts as that is NOT me or my signature!! I am so disgusted and furious!! You are an absolute disgrace!!"
