i had a debit order of R1657.00 going off my bank account 3days ago. only to find that the Debit order is from vodacom. i failed to understand since i dont have a contract with Vodacom and have never even tried to apply. that contract was taken on the 02 October 2015 in Pretoria.And mind you i have never been to Pretoria in my life. Went to the store to check and i have 2 contracts yto my suprize. what i did was request the Documents used for the contract . As they require ID, payslip, 3 months and proof of address. the responce was they no longer have the documents as they were sent to the head office, when i called again later they told me , they had them ihad to sign for them. but i didnt sign for the phones to be release. Vodacom has to sort out the person who approved this *****. ihave never lost my ID or printed a bank statement in a year and a half. VODACOM better de***** me and will not pay for Devices i have never requested or seen
