I got a call from vodacom , a consultant was selling a phone to me and saying something about the upgrade , and I didn't accept it , and now I am told that I owe Vodacom . Someone has taken a phone in my name without my consent . And now I cant buy anything . I have sent through the affidavit and the copy of my ID , still I dont get help , when I call I don't get through to the right department , The consultants just transfer me to irrelevant or wrong departments. This incident happen in December if not November and still hasn't been resolved.
