Vodacom upgraded my contract without my concern and the phone was delivered to an address I do not even know. I logged a complaint and submitted all the required documents and still have not been helped, it has been two months now. The forensic department does not even answer the telephone. I Want to cancel everything I ever had with Vodacom. they don't take queries seriously and the ***** is done by their own staff.
