*****

Good day,

My details are as follow;

Name: Siyabonga Sodiza Number: *** Device: Samsung S8 Plus

I’ve been having Cell phone Vodacom insurance for my number for nearly 7 years is not more than that. During this tenure never had problems, and Vodacom Insurance had been good to me.

Today, I was going through my bank statement and noticed that Cellsure didn’t debit last month. I then called ***, and following transpired;

• Spoke with an agent named Sharain, who was unfriendly and was not interested to help me. • She kept telling nothing can be done, I requested to be speak with her Supervisor. • After being placed on hold for more than 14 minutes with no one setting expectation how long may hold take, eventually a supervisor took the call. • Supervisor’s name was Grace Bronkhourst, I won’t dwell much on how disinterested she was and the lack of interpersonal s****, and wanted to put her point across only without paying attention to what I was saying. • During that struggle, I discovered the following; o The last debit order that was debited by Cellsure was on February 2019 o Then went again on the 1st March 2019 (I’m not sure why the 1st of March because my debit orders are dated the 27th of each month) o Was then advised the debit of the 1st of March 2019 didn’t go through because they got a rejection stating that the debit order is NOT AUTHORISED o After this rejection that is mentioned above, there was no form of correspondence to me, neither a call nor an sms. o Was told by the supervisor nothing they can do it’s fault, yet they failed to tell me such. o Ref number of the call, ***, *** • After terminating the call with a helpless supervisor name, Grace Bronkhourst, I called my bank (FNB) for clarity. • After engaging with the bank and I discovered the following; o The last debit order from Cellsure was on February 2019 o After February 2019, that is from March going forward the agent confirmed there was no debit order that was submitted by CellSure o They also took me through my archive statement and there were no signs that stipulate Cellsure tried to debit my account from March 2019 o Also advised that the debit order was rejected on my end, and the ref number for that debit order appears as AUTHORISED debit order on my account. o The ref number for the call for FNB is Rv***, and the call recording is available as well on request.

Kindly resolve my issue, if not will need to consult my legal team.

This is just a formality to show I did escalated the matter on your prior involving my legal team.

Regards,

Siya Sodiza ***
