FRANCHISES AND VODACOM
DID YOU KNOW that Vodacom gives their Franchises carte blanche to charge the public what they like for anything, without interference from Vodacom's head office. Have you ever heard of such a Franchise, or have I misunderstood the word FRANCHISE all these years?
