FRADULENT VODACOM CONTRACT

In early Nov 14 I realised that someone had opened a ********** contract in my name with Vodacom. I did a Trans Union Credit check on myself, as a ********** MTN contract had been opened (which interestingly enough was resolved within 2 weeks) I phoned Vodacom on 09-11-14 and was told to fax the details and an Affidavit to ***, which I did on the 10-11-2014. I assumed that everything had been sorted out. However, in July '15 I received a call from Barnard, Germond Attorneys saying that there is an overdue amount on my Vodacom contract. I explained the situation again and was told I had to send another Affidavit to the Attorneys, which I did on 24 June 2015. In Sep 2015 I received a sms from Barnard Germond to say that if I paid my overdue account immediately I could receive a discount!! I phoned the attorneys and explained the situation to Thembeka Khanyile. Thembeka forward an email dated 22-09-15 to me from Vodacom advising that Vodacom's forensics dept is still investigating the case. I sent an email on the 9-10-2015 asking for an update and another today - no reply. Vodacom's inability to resolve the case is adversely affection my credit rating. How long can it take???
