FRADULENT UPGRADE FROM VODACOM

Thanks a lot vodacom for upgrading my contract WITHOUT my permission, after I explicitly said "NO" every single time of the 100000 times you phoned my for an upgrade.

Best of all? You simply started charging me more without changing my contract at all. Now, when I got tired of the rest of your ****py service and decide to move to another network, you tell me I can't because I am Locked in a contract which - let me say again - WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR PERMISSION!!!!!

I went into one of your shops, and after checking with your customer care, he confirmed that it was A ********** TRANSACTION FROM YOUR SIDE, and that the upgrade was never supposed to be done.

And your advice? Is to go open a case against you at the police station.

So if you KNOW that you are doing something wrong AND *******, why don't you do something about it??????????

So the battle continues! Trying to deactivate the ********** transaction that was oh-so easily done without my consent.

After being promised by Vodacom 2 weeks ago that my query has been "escalated" I have seen zero results from this.

If it is so simple to lock me in a 2-year contract WITHOUT my consent, why is it so difficult to cancel it WITH my consent??
