FRADULENT OPENING OF A CELL PHONE CONTRACT

I complained to HelloPeter a week ago and a reply came immediately from Vodacom that a consult will contact me. Nothing came. I had to contact the ***** division and after repeated calls they contacted me via email on Friday. I expected an immediate response due to the critical nature of the ***** and the event repeating. Vodacom- You have let me down by allowing an unknown entity from opening a new contract in my account without my knowledge and concent. If this is not considered serious, I pity the other innocent persons that are going through my bad experience. VODACOM- WHERE IS YOUR FIREWALL TO PROTECT US. I have 4 legal Vodacom contracts . I will cancel them all.
