Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Kindly be advised of the feedback received from the ***** Division:

The Case has been resolved as new line ***** and EC-1MIE-22Z26N escalated to Subscriber Collections Admin Team for deletion and removal of account from client’s name. A response has also been sent to you via EC-1MIE-22Z26N.
As per *****: as far as they can see there seems like all debit orders were reversed. Therefore, there should be no refunds due. The Debit order is set for DD01 so hopefully Subscriber Collections Admin Team will remove account from client’s name before R 2530.35 goes off on 2024-01-02 as well as changing collections status to *****. For any refund of bank charges as the bank may have charged client to reverse – client may send bank statement highlighting transactions for bank charges when sending a request for bank charges refund to ***

Regards

Vodacom Consumer Website Team

Best regards,
