Fradulant Contract

Someone managed to clone my ID and took Contract phones in several cellular network providers , one which was Vodacom. I saw a debit order come off my account on the 27 Jul 2017 which I immediately informed Vodacom store in Randburg ( contract was taken at this store) .I gave them my affidavit, copy of certified ID and was told that I will receive a letter confirming cancellation . On the 28 Jul I received an email from the store with Reference number EC-0CU0-2LVFVV and the email stated that they will attend to my email within 24 hours. I never heard from Vodacom since , I made follow ups via the call centre in August and was informed that my case is with the ***** department still under investigation. End of August to my amazement I got a debit notification of R809 on my account which I called back and was then moved from one consultant to another finally was transferred to legal department , which told me that the account was still under investigation. I called Vodacom 082111 and was transfer to ********** number today on the 11/09/2017 . The service was really bad, the leady in legal that took my call kept on asking me for my bank account and proof of residence where the Statements are being sent to regardless on me explaining to her that I didn't not take a contract with Vodacom. First consultant who picked my call was Rearabetswe and she never bothered to continue with the conversation later someone named Darty picked up and was all over the show , placed me on hold as she didn't know were to put my ID number on the system . finally she told me that my the documentation ( ID affidavit ) are not reflecting on their system and it doesn't look like the account was lodged with them . She also said that I should never call her department as they don't deal with ***** cases.
