Fown contract
Hi I'm Khuthala I had contract with vodacom which ended by April. I called their customer care call Centre to cancell it I don't how many time but it seems like they want to cancell it.
They want to continue with the contract by force and when I speak with them they promise to cancell it and keep on selling their product which I'm not interested as want to end everything with them. Thus really not good because now they will continue diducting the in my account where's I don't want the contract. This thought a lesson of not having any business with vodacom because they are forcing customers to continue with the contract I even sent them email no one came back to me this is really disgusting.
