Fourways Vodacom Repairs Incompetence!!

Booked my phone for repairs and it was returned to me with what I assumed was smudge on the camera lens only to learn the camera needs to be replaced and I have to do without a phone for over a week. When I requested they order the part and I'll bring in my phone wants it's available for repairs. I was advised it's not possible with warranty repairs and I can't have a loan phone for the duration of the wait. This is ridiculous. Vodacom Repairs broke my camera and are offering nothing make it easier for me while THEY REPAIR WHAT THEY BROKE!!!! Unacceptable and very disappointing.
