Fourth time fixing phone that was brand new

I have run out of ideas...so it's time to really cause a stir here... I changed over to Sony Mobile M4 Aqua through Vodacom. My phone has had various faults and errors...each time being booked in...sometimes for 2 weeks at a time without a loan phone. It's been said that it should be replaced each time due to.the faulty nature of this model. Each time I get the same phone back. Last time they replaced internals. Now...round 4...The earphones and touch notifications are starting their issues. Vodacom want to send it in yet again...this time I refuse. I believe a new handset...of a different brand is in order...Unless Sony want to redeem themselves with something alternative.

Ps.. Sony will never be able to replace the items on my phone that formatted themselves while I held my phone doing nothing...not even the memory card had anything left on it.

I WILL NOT SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PHONE...In fact, 2 months payments should even be returned, because i didnt have use of my handset in that period!

Will await a call ASAP. Hopefully we can resolve this quickly. SONY MOBILE have promised to escalate this if I hand the phone in again. However, once our Procurement team at CocaCola Beverages Africa is back, i'll be sure to get them to query whether Vodacom is the best option for our employees? We can't afford to have such service in a fast-paced company like ours

Good day

As discussed on the phone to your team, and after getting Sony to escalate it, my phone is booked in (luckily the service was great and they gave me a loan phone this time), here is the job number for you to escalate on your side:

********** 0

Please provide me with feedback and proof of escalation

Here we go again. Round 5 and the phone mic breaks! And im.out if country for work all week without a fully functional phone! Do you have suggestions now? The only thing I can think of is that you send a new unit...not a Sony! You can have the faulty one only when I have the new one. I CANT carry on like this. Phone setups. Unexpected phone software uograde charges when I get resetted phone back etc etc. Wake up Vodacom!
