Four months' of talking to Vodacom not helping

Autopage/Vodacom made a double deduction via debit order in April 2016 for my cellular account. They deducted R1321.92. Since then with Autopage's demise Vodacom has been taking direct payments via debit order. Apart for another double deduction that they did for R1275.42 in June 2016, I cannot get them to credit my account for the Apr payment.

I've been corresponding via email with the accounts department and customer service since April but am not getting any acceptable answer or a new statement reflecting the April payment.

I have kept all my proofs of payment and correspondence to and from them since April.

This issue has been resolved. It was a a paperwork error and misunderstandings during the Autopage/Vodacom migration. Thank you Vodacom and Moenier from the Call Centre Support North. Well done for helping me sort this out.
