Formal Complaint Regarding Unjustified Denial of Contract and Unprofessional Conduct
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent treatment I received upon my application for a contract with Vodacom, and to demand an immediate resolution to the matter.
In March 2023, I app**** for a contract, only to be informed that I needed to wait 90 days before reapplying. Consequently, I re-submitted my application on the 31st of October, well beyond the stipulated waiting period, yet was met with yet another unwarranted rejection.
The in-store consultant handling my application conducted himself in a highly unprofessional manner, causing significant embarrassment by loudly proclaiming in front of other customers that my denial was linked to an alleged enrollment in debt review. This accusation is not only baseless but also deeply offensive, given that I have always made my purchases in cash, with no history of indebtedness.
Curiously, in a subsequent call to Vodacom Online merely three hours later, I was informed that the reason for my rejection was a purportedly poor credit score. I strongly contest this claim, and therefore demand immediate access to any records indicating such a credit score. I hereby request that Vodacom provide me with a comprehensive printout of the alleged negative credit rating, if indeed it exists within their system.
It is imperative to note that I am an active member of Clear Score, a platform that provides me with regular updates on my credit profile. Hence, any allegations regarding a detrimental credit history are both baseless and utterly unacceptable. I refuse to tolerate any further mishandling of this matter and demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
Kindly treat this matter with the utmost urgency, as I am prepared to take the necessary steps to ensure my rights are upheld and that the appropriate measures are taken to rectify this situation.
Yours sincerely, Wayne
