Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service

I am writing to formally express my severe dissatisfaction with the appalling service I’ve received from both Vodashop (Woodmead & Vodacom Bedfordview) and the 135 Customer Care line. As a long-standing customer of Vodacom, I’ve been loyal to your network for many years, but this week has been the most stressful experience I’ve ever encountered. I currently have five lines on contract under my account. The most recent phones I received (Samsung A25) have been plagued by persistent, disruptive adverti*****ts making it impossible to use the devices. Despite contacting Vodacom for assistance, no help was provided. The adverti*****ts persisted for two weeks and, for reasons unknown, suddenly stopped on their own. However, this issue was far from resolved.

Currently, I am facing a new issue: two of the phones are hard-locked, with the claim that they are locked due to outstanding payments. This is absolutely false. All five lines are fully paid for, yet none of your call center agents seem to have any understanding of what is happening or how to assist me. After much frustration, I was able to speak with a customer care representative, Sindisiwe from the Business Department, who has been the only person to show any competence in addressing the situation. She has been working with me since 9am today and managed to unlock one phone, but the second phone remains locked. When she reached out to the relevant department, she was told that the second phone has a "turnaround time." My question is: How can this be the case when both queries were logged at the same time? On multiple occasions, I’ve had customer care agents ask me for guidance on how to proceed with an issue that should be their responsibility to resolve. One agent even suggested that I go to a Samsung store because the problem might be a software issue. I reluctantly went there out of frustration, despite their reasoning being completely illogical. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. I am demanding immediate and satisfactory resolution to this issue, or I will be forced to cancel my entire contract and switch to a more reliable network provider. Vodacom needs to invest in proper training for its agents to ensure they are capable of resolving customer issues effectively. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of appalling, and I expect this matter to be handled with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.
