Forever Contract

I took a tablet contract with Vodacom via their telemarketing. The contract was for 24 months. 24 months passed and Vodacom continued to debit my account, when I called to inquire I was told that I was supposed to call to cancel the contract. In addition the amount of the contract increased from R110 to R184.01, no reason was given and there was no change in the package. I was trapped and endured another 24 months which was supposed to end 31 July 2020. I went to Vodacom shop in Hatfield in April 2020 wanting to be certain that I cancel the contract, I was told to call Vodacom to cancel. I called Vodacom and I was told to call in May 2020 because my contract is ending in June. I called in May and I was told to call in June because my contract is ending in July. I called in June and I had to fight with the consultant because I was tired and I don't understand why I have to go through this whole ordeal for a contract of 24 months. I made it clear that I don't want anything to do with Vodacom, they sucked my money it's enough. After the call in June the vodacom sim card stopped working. I thought I was done with Vodacom, but today 31 August 2020 Vodacom deducted R508.88. I don't know for what now. Can any body help me just to get out of this, I have learned my lessons Vodacom to never ever come anywhere near anything Vodacom related. The only sin I committed was to take that Tablet that is no longer working. I believe I have learned my lessons and paid for that sin...4 years is a long time...you can't tell me that I am going to do this for another two years...making it 6 years that is crazy. Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom,

It really deeply saddens me to be still be here dealing Vodacom. New development my credit score is affected because Vodacom listed me of being in areas for R204.00. When did this happen? All Vodacom transactions were going through a debit order and there has never a time where my account had no money. But, why Vodacom? I called to find out, but as usual once you get to the call center after talking to them they then have to transfer the call and it doesn't go through or it get dropped. I really don't know now...Can Vodacom remove my name! Why was I listed in the first place?
