Forever bad service from Vodacom

Sr*** Vodacom doesn’t care, it’s been 6 days with no internet, I have been calling daily to follow up and all I get is that someone will call, it’s been escalated. We depend on internet in almost everything in the house including work and school. Not even a single call, we are being treated like we don’t pay for this service. Vodacom has never paid attention to their customers in any case but I need this sorted urgently.
