Forceful agent

I got a call from a Vodacom Direct agent yesterday notifying me that because I am a valued Vodacom client i have been selected to get a special offer contract which is a 2G data contract and a router for free, i kindly declined the offer for the special as i am already on the same contract. I than inquired if they had any specials for an iPhone 6 which the lady said she will processes an application to inquire if there is, than she gave me feedback on an iPhone 3 and 4s (communication break down: information on an iPhone 6 was required), which i was not interested in, I clearly told her that i'm not interested, next thing i was transferred to the manger who asked me to choose a colour for my new device, i reiterated to the manger that I am not interested in taking the offer. He than told me that the application has been processed and I should cancel it on 082111 as he can not cancel it for me because some people are dishonest .
