Forced to do what they want

I was due for an upgrade and decided to proceed with this online due to convenience. Vodacom says that they had the stock on hand online. They then called to give me a totally different phone to what I had ordered. When I said that it was not what I ordered and I am not interested in upgrading anymore, they tried to force other contracts upon me. I had to keep justifying why I did not want the particular phones that they were offering me. They said that the item I was looking for was out of stock, I would've just appreciated a 'we will try to source it for you'. They instead began asking me about my current phone and comparing it. If you do not have stock, then make a plan or admit that you cannot provide a customer a service. Vodacom has really provided disappointing service in the last couple of years, they are not what they claim to be.
