Forced onto unwanted package without my consent

I've been trying to upgrade my telephone, been to various vodacom outlets no less than 10 times, tried through the call centre as well. <br> <br> Various issues from Vodacom prevented me to upgrade... but now Ive been 'upgraded' to my previous contract, which i tried to discontinue after the contract ran out... I want to be on a data package, but was put onto a top up, locked in again for two years. Never consented or asked for this upgrade. Vodacom aknowledges the mistake, but just doesn't correct it. They assure me they have corrected it, still, yet, I'm still on the wrong package. <br> <br> Seems impossible to find someone to help me to get out of this contract that Ive never entered into. <br> <br>
