Forced migration of mobile SMART data plan

Vodacom keeps calling us saying we need to migrate to another plan, we HAVE to choose from more expensive plans and we have no choice, either we choose or they choose for us. Apparently the reason for this is that they restructured their plans and all clients have to migrate to another plan. I asked around, and no one else I know with the same Vodacom plan has been receiving these calls.

I signed my 3 year mobile contact about a year ago so we are not due for an upgrade and according to me, this is breach of contract.

These people calling have access to all our information and they are highly unprofessional and they are bullying you to make a decision. Is this a ****? Why did you give them our information without consulting us? This is also a breach of the new POPI act.

I want to know why our personal information has been compromised and why are these third party contractors, HIRED BY VODACOM, harassing us like this?

If you force me to migrate to a plan I do not want, I will force you to cancel my contract via legal action. This is ridiculous!
