forced migration due to their mistake and now I have to pay 50% more than my signed contract

<p>I have upgraded my Phone on the 10th of January at the Bayside Centre. </p> <p> </p> <p>There was a Mistake and Vodacom put me on a Open line - Yess I understand that is what I signed for as a Smart M </p> <p> </p> <p>but since toe 30th of January I have notified them of the mistake and asked that it will Rectify. </p> <p>The shop assistant Monique that did the upgrade agreed that this was a mistake. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is August and this have stil not been resolved. I have contacted them at least twice every month. </p> <p> </p> <p>I starded a new Job with new bussiness card and would like to leave vodacom but need to keep my number. The feedback that I recieve is back and forth between accounts and the store to rectify the mistake. </p> <p>To make matters worse is they did a forced migration to "fix" the mistake adding 50% to my monthly subscription. that i have the contract for </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want out and would find a service provider that I can talk to and that actually assist in the matter </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
