Forced into a corner

So Vodacom has 2 for 1 cellphone deals, but when you apply for it they tell you that you don't qualify for it because you are a 1st time customer. The contract cost R449 a month and they refuse to give it to you but you qualify for a contract which cost R350 a month and then they have the nerve to tell you that you can apply for a second contract after 3 months. What bs is that you are forced to pay so much for 1 phone but don't qualify for a 2 phone deal which has a difference of a R100. These companies should be ashamed of themselves because what difference does a R100 make so you get forced to take out what they want you to take so you loose and they gain it is absolutely disgusting as we all work hard for our money but then we can't even choose what we want because they want to benefit and still have the ***** to tell you to apply for a 2nd contract after 3 months. Why on earth do you force people into corners for their hard earned cash it's ridiculous. No where on the add does it say you won't qualify if you are a 1st time customer. So why advertise something but then force people to take out 2 contracts so you can gain. R449 for 2 phones and R350 plus R350 for 2 different contracts of the same phones. How on earth is this even allowed or legal. Isn't it enough that you ***** people's airtime and then you claim it's because they have subscribed to some nonsense that they have no cooking clue about. That is why you took the option away to speak to a consultant away on your customer care line because you know most people phone for their airtime that just vanish. *****ing people's hard earned money to make yourselves comfortable. Why do you send a million sms's a day telling people to subscribe to nonsense and better yet you can't even block those SMS's because they are meant to ***** from you. You make millions a day just by *****ing from the innocent. This has to stop!!!!
