Forced into a contract I did not agree to & now they've cancelled my email address too

After receiving a R1335 bill for a R117 contract, I looked into my usage. I used 1GB extra and got smacked R1000 for it as it was out of bundle. I thought I had a cap but evidently it was R1200. Okay, these things happen but lets prevent it from happening again. I realised my 2GB contract had expired and I could upgrade. I tried to upgrade online. 5GB 12 months R229. But it kept failing. A day or 2 later I phoned. The consultant had me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to upgrade. She could not find the package and would phone me back. No phone call. 2 days later I receive a box at work addressed to my old address from 6 years ago. Inside I find a Vodacom sim card. I go into a store to find out what it is about. They tell me that I have been signed up on a 5BG 24 month R259 contract. But they cant help as I dealt with Vodacom Direct. And so a month of hassels with Vodacom starts. They signed me up for a contract that I did not agree to. Then refused to cancel it as I had received a "device". Which I had not, I have the delivery note clearly showing a sim card only. I have been asked to submit evidence to try prove that I did not receive a device. Which I have done. Should they not be proving that I did agree to a contract and that I did reveive a device? This started a month ago with plenty of time to resolve. Now they have activated the incorrect contract. Also to add injury to insult that have cancelled my vodamail email address as well as my data sim used in my iPad. Also without me asking them to. The only reason I stay with Vodacom is to keep the email address. Where do I turn when I get no action out of the service provider?
