Forced debit order for expired contract over 2 years ago
I have canceled a contract multiple times with Vodacom. I went to my bank to stop the debit but they continue to debit my account. I have not had a new device from them since January 2020 but they continue to take money from me.
Please stop taking money from my account because I do not have any benefits from you anymore.

11 Nov 2022, 16:20I called Vodacom to follow up on this issue and they did not have a reference for me. Every time I call I have to start from scratch. I have been doing this for 2 years...and I do not have a trail. apparently, I have to call again to continue this conversation. can they also work o their referencing system?

11 Nov 2022, 16:24When I asked for an email to be sent to me as proof, they said that is not how it works. They could not give me anything I can hang on as proof of the call that we had for over an hour of my time. They then said there is nothing they can do and left me with voice machines talking to me until the phone hung up.
