Forced contract marriage with Vodacom

I'm in a forced marriage with Vodacom. I cancelled my Vodacom contract on the 3rd of August 2020 where I was receiving R125 worth of airtime and 1gig of data.

To my surprise,on the 1st of September Vodacom credited me with R125 airtime again and not the 1gig to show that they have cancelled that but just decided to forcefully keep me on the R125 airtime, when I called on the same day, the consultant (Vaneshree) told me that the person who cancelled didn't do it right as she didn't send the cancelation through. She told me she was cancelling it all over again and applying for me to be credited back my October debit order as it was already in place, and that within 24hours I'll receive a call from vodacom to reverse the airtime they had credited me with, but yet again that never happened.

I called again after a week to follow up and another consultant told me my contract had been cancelled and that I should wait for a call to reverse the airtime they had credited me with. I waited until end of September and nothing happend.

Now on the 1st of of October I got debited for September, and yet again credited with R125 worth of airtime which automatically means I'm still going to be debited on the 1st of November. Today the 9th of October 2020, I called Vodacom again to ask if my contract had been cancelled and consultant by the name of (Phindile Thwala) told me that whoever cancelled my contract on the 3rd of August placed and order for cancellation and cancelled the order again. Please tell me if this is not witchcraft. She then said that she has escalated the matter and I should just wait for whenever I get a confirmation that my contract has been cancelled.

I do not believe anything they say anymore as this has been a rollercoaster moment with Vodacom, just so they can keep me in this forced marriage.
