Forced contract by Vodacom

I have a challenge with Vodacom, a couple of years ago I took up cellphone contracts which were subsequently upgraded where I ended up with x4 contracts running. A few months back I contacted Vodacom on *** where I was assisted by Rashida Ntombela and stated my intentions of closing down the contracts I have with Vodacom. She was able to assist closing down x2 but becuase the other x2 were only due to expire end of November 2025, I was asked to call in a month before to raise the request. To my surprise when I called in October I'm now told that I consented to having my x2 contracts extended which was is not the case. Today I received a phone call that indeed when they investigated my case I consented to the contract extention which is not true as I do not use the numbers in question and wouldnt agree to have the contract extended. I would like this matter to escalated to the highest leadership of Vodacom as I feel like im forced to contract with Vodacom against my will and needs this matter resolved as soon as I cannot continue to pay for services im not using. I took the contract for the phones and have kept the sim cards away and now that the phone contract has ended. I would like Vodacom to terminate the contract and stop billing me for services im not using
