Forced contract by vodacom

Consultant from vodacom called me and advised that if the router is on hand , Ram has collect the router , Ref COL ********** 5, I want this contract cancelled with no cost on my side , its unfair that I have to run around because of *********** people writing contracts dubiously, my main account is ********** 831, this contract was opened in January under false pretences.

I am not renewing any contracts I have with vodacom after what I was put through.
