Force selling, Dishonesty and poor customer service from Vodacom
Sometime in July I received a call from Vodacomand the gentleman I spoke to sold me a deal which was going to reduce my current contract premium from R1049 to R800. I accepted te migration over the telephone but I then realised the migration premium is too good to be true. I then contacted Vodacom following and I was advised that a colleague at the migration department did that and was told he was lying to me. The new migration was then cancelled. in August I received new emails adving me again of the migration, I again called Vodacom, spoke to Anele and Zakithi and other people I cannot remember their names. They all refused to give me the name of the indian Colleague who is fiddling with my account but they assured me that the premium will be back to the original one. Yes on my pay day it was, but againg to my surprise I keep getting new emails advising of the migration. I am now tired of calling Vodacom and them failing to handle their employees who do not have the right work ethics. I need Vodacom to deal with this matter and the employee with immedite effect. My numbers impacted by this *** and *** and this new quote number is 5 - ***. I also notice that there is another policy I am not aware of that has recently showed under my name. This is very dissappointed for a company like Vodcom to allow sales people to force sell products to their customers. This is against the Fais act and its infact I am intereted what consumer protect act will say about this. Clearly this is how the employee makes sales and a thorough investigated is needed. If this continues, I promise to move all my contracts with vodacom. *** and the 2 above... Wow, I am in disbelief!!!
