*********** fools tricking customers in to paying for there mistakes by threatening them

Vodacom mobile is a joke, you call to cancel a data contract they do nothing next thing I have 50 minuets of airtime on my contract I never had before and the price has gone up on the contract. You call again and they do nothing they tell you the contract is cancelled but you still get statements including airtime I never had on my contract now they expect me to pay for this airtime I never asked for else they will hand me over to the lawyers. I am not paying for Vodacom's inadequacies and complete incompetence if this is how you trick your customers then you do not deserve there support.
