Food voucher not working

It's becoming a norm that I have to write a review before you people take me serious 😑 I bought 2 spur breakfast vouchers using my vodabucks on the 23rd, I took a friend out and when I tried paying nothing was happening with both vouchers, it was weird because I always buy food vouchers, I didn't even have money to pay for the food, the friend had to pay for me. I requested multiple calls in the vodapay app and when I explained my situation the calls ended each time and no one called me back, I called using 082135 and there's no option to speak to an agent all options lead to tobi sending me an sms. This is unacceptable as 360 vodabucks went to waste!
