Fone repairs

Job Card ***1 this fone has been sent to repairs many times and a contract with the same fault of not charging and the Phone is on contract and it cannot be replaced dont undertand why. according the the cotract i signed agreed that if the fone give me problems it will be replaced but it does not happen this is really frustrating <br> can i please be helped in this regard
