Follow Up Review of Vodacom

Vodacom drove me to the brink of insanity in November of 2023, when someone committed identity theft and took out a contract in my name, 1200km from where I reside. After weeks of harassment from their collections department, and at considerable financial costs incurred by me, to prove to them, that it was indeed *****, by getting all sorts of documentation together and having to travel and take off from work, to hand in these documents at my nearest Vodashop which is a 150km roundtrip for me, it was finally over. I then requested they send me all the documentation of this false contract that has my name and details on it, with all the supporting docs this person used so I may open a case with the police from my side for the massive amount of nonsense I had to go through, plus I feel it is my right to see the face of this ***** after all the harassment I had to endure form Vodacom. At the very least they could have given me an update on the outcome of their internal investigation, which I also requested. They have ignored my requests and the damages I have suffered have meant nothing in their eyes. Vodacom has proven they dont give a damn about people. Its just the bottom line that counts. If it was not for the reception issues in our area, I would have switched to MTN by now.

Reviewer Update
It was my name and ID number used to open a *****ulent contract with you. Why can I not have that information to use as evidence when I go and open a case with the police?
