Follow up on your promises . Understand that we wait for calls like fools after promising to contact us . Dont make sales if u cant fullfill your duties

Firstly I Tried To Upgrade ,Everytime id call the voice prompt would say im due for upgrade in december , online the same thing ... i called Vodacom for a difderent query only to find out my upgrade was due a month ago in October... fine desperatly needed a phone i upgraded and was told over the phone that everything was complete and successful . I was told i would get a call shortly after regarding my delivery i have not received any calls... i received a sms saying my order would be dispatched soon... when i track my order theres nothing ... WHY THE HELL WAS I TOLD MY UPGRADE WAS DUE IN DECEMBER WHEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE THE 10th of september only to get a upgrade on the 14th of november and then still not know when im getting this phone.. and im not about to call vodacom for the 10th time ... do not lie to us just so you can make a sale . I have been nothing but a loyal customer but get treated like im being done a favour ... Thanks For Nothing Vodacom . How likely am i to refer vodacom to anyone ..never join vodacom all they do is take your money and you have to beg for assistance .
