FOLLOW-UP AND FEEDBACK FROM VODACOM PATHETIC

After my complaint this morning this is the response that i received from Cassandra:

The airtime transfer limit was decreased to all R500 for all Customers on the Vodacom Network due to the risk of ***** on airtime transfer.

I understand that this is a big inconvenience and unfortunately the limits cannot be increased even on the Customer's request. The limit was set to R1 in error it should of been set to R500.

I wish I could provide you with an alternative solution.

SO BASICALLY YOU ARE CHASING YOUR PAYING ACCOUNT HOLDERS AWAY? AND GUESS WHAT I STILL CANNOT TRANSFER A CENT. ALMOST 4000 ZAR A MONTH AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS. THIS IS MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS MY CHOICE. YOU ARE A SERVICE PROVIDER. I SUGGEST THAT YOU START SERVICING YOUR CLIENTS.

WONDER WHAT CELL C AND MTN WILL DO IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS? WILL THEY ALSO CHASE THEIR PAYING ACCOUNT HOLDERS AWAY?
