Flook Warning Letter

I keep receiving an invoice to be paid for a service that I never utilized - I have spoken to many consultants in this regards and I was assured by each on that this amount will be removed from their system. They're now threatening me with a FINAL DEMAND letter which makes no sense to me at all, I was deceived and regret why I entered into the agreement from the onset.
