Fleecing Pensioners

Completely ******* withdrawal of a payment from my father who is a pensioner. Was made one of those laptop offers on the phone and told there is a cooling off period of 14 days. Soon as it was delivered he realised it was not what he thought and way too costly, followed procedure for the returns which was ridiculous in itself Was eventually told to take a picture of the license plate of the courier who collects which he did. In the interim more paperwork was sent to his old address. After going in to 2 stores because you cant understand the call centre agents, they said they would "try" to help but that Voda stores and Vode Online are actually competitors. What the hell kind of brand message is that?! And now, having collected said product weeks ago, they've just charged first installment of over R600 from someone on a very basic pension. Surely that is theft if they are taking money for goods they have?! A long paper audit of complaints and still getting nowhere.
