Flagging me for non payment even though I have never missed a payment

So today I checked on Experian credit bureau , and there is Vodacom flagging me for non payment. I have never not paid Vodacom, I have no phoned and asked to show me where I missed a payment and the can't, yet its on my profile. And best part I am not even on contract, I am on month to month. So guess what, you can take this number and shove it
