Flagged for poor credit due a system fault on Vodacom Side

I had online on the 30th November 2019 for a Sim Only Data Deal @ R199. Everything had been approved & i had received an SMS in a few minutes saying that i had been approved & that i would need to submit my documentation in order to finalise my contract. I had then decided to take the documentation & submit it instore as the Vodacom Store in Centurion Mall was a few km's away from my home & that i would also receive my Data Sim the same day. Upon visiting the store i was assisted by staff who tried to help finalise the contract in order for me to receive my Sim Card. We then called the customer care line for advice & i was told that the best option would be to cancel my online application in order for me to apply for it instore. Unfortunately the Online Department was closed so i had to wait for the next day in order to cancel my contract application. I then went in on Monday morning to apply for the same contract in store. I had submitted all the necessary paperwork & was told that i will be notified within 4 hours. Nobody from Vodacom contacted me from Monday onward regarding the status of my contract application. I had to visited the store again on Thursday evening (05th December 2019) to query the status of my contract. I was then told that there was a problem on my application as i was approved upon condition. When I had asked the condition was, I was told that they are not sure as the person who handles these conditions had already left. Today (06th Decebmer 2019) I go into the store yet again to get information as to why my contract is taking so long as nobody seems to know what is going on. One of the employees had then called the call center to query the reasoning. He was told that I don't have a good record as i cancelled my online application. The person that the employee tried talking to flat out refused to help even though i was initially approved on a P700 code when i app**** online but now i'm under a P050 code because of the system deeming it necessary. It's shocking & a huge disconnect between the online department & in-store staff. I actually heard the vodacom employee trying to explain to the person at the call/help center only for it to fall on deaf ears. It is now almost a week & i am unable to purchase any data contract becasue of the P050 rating or make any progress with my situation which is ridiculous considering i have to now jump through proverbial hoops to submit documentation etc. for something that is literally R200p/m & should be resolved the same day! The in-store really staff & manager really tried their best to help me with a resolution in order for me to obtain the bundle that i need but it's apparent that their hands are tied by the systems Vodacom itself have in place which is counter intuitive for the purpose of in-store service!

It's now the 10th December 2019 & Vodacom is still yet to call me. I think the turnaround time speaks for itself. I am going on vacation & was hoping to have this solved by Friday.
