Fixing the problem - great
As I walked into the shop, I told Ellie: \I've got a problem. I've been struggling 2 months now and I want to close the account."So she asked for more details and she said: \""I'll let you draw the money and then we can close the account.\"" So after a lengthy struggle she was able to tell me: \""We can withdraw all the cash now\"". So I asked: \""Is the problem fixed?\"" \""Yes\"" was her answer. Then I told her: \""But if the problem is fixed"
